1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items damaged through wear or misuse cannot be returned.

4. How to Start a Return

5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, it takes 4-7 business days to process.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
